Our workforce is vetted and managed, and we carry out appropriate checks before anyone attends site. Where a project or client requirement calls for it, we can provide confirmation of vetting and checks on request.

Quality Assured, Every Step of the Build

Quality is managed on every Lough Build project through a simple, structured process of planned inspections, stage sign-offs and documented evidence. For each key element of work we produce a project-specific Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) that sets out what will be checked, when it will be checked, the acceptance criteria, and any witness/hold points before work proceeds.

Our experience spans multi-unit residential schemes, substantial home renovations and bespoke private commissions.
Our team includes industry-recognised professionals with strong technical capability and a clear focus on quality. We work alongside established warranty providers, and many of our contracting team are members or associates of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). At the heart of our delivery are time-served tradespeople and long-standing relationships with trusted consultants, specialist subcontractors and suppliers.
We spend time early on getting the basics right — scope, sequencing, access, logistics and buildability — so the project is planned and controlled rather than reactive. That reduces stress, minimises disruption, and helps avoid surprises.
